2. What is the guide for warranty claim in China or International?

The warranty could be claimed by the customer support of a particular brand in the client’s country.

In case, there is no customer support available at your country, the client can ship it back to us and the warranty would be claimed in China. Please note that the client has to bear the expense of sending and receiving back the product in this case.

3. Payment procedure (TT, LC or other available methods)

Negotiable, depending upon customer’s order.

5. How can I check if the components offered to me are of the best quality?

Our products have certifications such as TUV, CAS, CQC, JET and CE of quality control, related certifications can be provided upon request.

6. What is the point of origin of ALife’s products? Are you a dealer of a certain product?

ALife assures all marketable products are from original brands factory and support back to back warranty. ALife is an authorized distributor also approve the certification to customers.
